Meet Brianna Gonzales, Founder of The Social Chica. Born & raised in Dallas, TX. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2019 with a B.S. in Advertising, Brianna returned to her hometown where she accepted a position at an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency. Which she simultaneously ran The Social Chica. After witnessing the lack of resources and education for minority women business owners, Brianna now devotes her time to providing marketing services, resources, and curating events catered to the community.

It was December of 2019 during Brianna’s junior year of college when she began struggling to find an internship in the small college town of Lubbock, TX. After being turned away from every job/internship she applied to, Brianna then decided to create her own opportunity. That’s when The Social Chica was born.

Since 2018, Brianna has consulted strategies and marketing services to over 40 Latina-owned businesses in an effort to tell their story and expand their media presence. Apart from providing marketing & consulting services, Brianna has found her passion in empowering and creating a platform for Latina-owned businesses through hosting markets & conferences. These small, intimate events allow community leaders and business owners the opportunity to unite, support local businesses, network, and connect with other women on the same journey.
